Lake Meade Municipal Authority

Meeting Minutes- December 9, 2024

Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6.12 p.m.

Roll: In attendance were William Bowker, Cliff Stamm, Cynthia Simpson, James Murtaugh, Adam Ebersole and Suzann Grim.

Minutes: The minutes from November 2024, regular meeting, were approved upon a motion by: James Murtaugh and seconded by Cliff Stamm and passed unanimously.

Treasurers Report:  Account balances, bills, and expenditures for November 2024 were presented and approved upon a motion by: Cliff Stamm seconded by Cynthia Simpson and approved unanimously.

Open Forum:  The board will address any concerns and answer questions presented by residents in attendance. No residents in attendance.

Plant Operations Report:

• Adam reported that the plant is running smoothy and they will begin reading meters next week December 15-19^th.
• LMMA agreed to supply LMPOA with 300,000 gallons over a two-week timeframe for the pool in the amount of $1,000. The amount was approved upon a motion by James Murtaugh seconded by Cythia Simpson and approved unanimously.

Office operations Report:

• 36 Properties were posted for non-payment.
• 4^th Quarter bills will be mailed out 12/30/2024 with a 1/20/25 due date.
• 2023 Financial Audit was completed by Denk and Associates and was approved upon a motion by: James Murtaugh seconded by Cythina Simpson and approved unanimously.
• 2025 Meeting Schedule was submitted to the Gettysburg Times, added to LMMA website and approved upon a motion by James Murtaugh seconded by Cythina Simpson and approved unanimously.

Employee Training:  None

Employee Vacation: None

New Business:

• Office will be closing December 24, 2024, at 12:00 and closed December 25, 2024.

Old Business:

• KrissLee Electric completed outdoor lighting for office and service buildings.
• Ensor and Sowers repaired boardroom heater for $1,046.00.

Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned upon a motion by: Jim Murtaugh, seconded by Cynthia Simpson and approved unanimously.
