November 2025 meeting minutes
Meeting Minutes-November 10, 2025
Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6.00.
Roll: In attendance were Cynthia Simpson, James Murtaugh, Cliff Stamm, Thomas Whitcomb, Adam Ebersole, and Suzann Grim.
Minutes: The minutes from October 2025, regular meeting, were approved upon motion by: James Murtaugh and seconded by Thomas Whitcomb and passed unanimously.
Treasurers Report: Account balances, bills, and expenditures for October 2025 were presented and approved upon a motion by: Cliff Stamm seconded by James Murtaugh and approved unanimously.
Open Forum: The board will address any concerns and answer questions presented by residents in attendance. No residents in attendance.
Plant Operations Report:
• Upgrades to Pump Station 5 are scheduled after Thanksgiving. Waiting for parts to be delivered.
• New Dump Trailer not to exceed $15,000 was approved upon a motion by: James Murtaugh seconded by Cynthia Simpson and approved unanimously.
Office operations Report:
• 121 Past due notices were mailed out for third quarter bills.
• Office will be closed November 27, 2025, for Thanksgiving.
• A 4% annual increase for Jarrid McMillan was presented and approved upon a motion by: Thomas Whitcomb, seconded by James Murtaugh and passed unanimously.
• A 4% annual increase for Suzann Grim was presented and approved upon a motion by: Cliff Stamm, seconded by James Murtaugh and passed unanimously.
Employee Training:
• October 19, 2025, Adam and Mitchell have training scheduled for leak detectors with Exeter Supply.
Employee Vacation:
• Suzann-Off December 26, 2025
New Business:
• Christmas bonus for LMMA employees was presented and approved upon a motion by James Murtaugh, seconded by Thomas Whitcomb and passed unanimously.
Old Business:
• A motion by Cliff Stamm to raise sewer rate to $175.00 per quarter and water facility charges to $90.00 per quarter for 2026, seconded by James Murtaugh and approved unanimously. Water usage rates will remain the same at the rate of $1.00 for every one thousand gallons of recorded usage up to the first 5,000 gallons used and $4.00 per every one thousand gallons thereafter.
Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned upon a motion by: James Murtaugh, seconded by Cliff Stamm and approved unanimously at 7:25.
