December 2025 meeting minutes
Meeting Minutes-December 8, 2025
Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6.00.
Roll: In attendance were William Bowker, Cynthia Simpson, James Murtaugh, Cliff Stamm, Adam Ebersole, and Suzann Grim.
Minutes: The minutes from November 2025, regular meeting, were approved upon motion by: James Murtaugh and seconded by Cynthia Simpson and passed unanimously.
Treasurers Report: Account balances, bills, and expenditures for November 2025 were presented and approved upon a motion by: Cynthia Simpson seconded by Cliff Stamm and approved unanimously.
Open Forum: The board will address any concerns and answer questions presented by residents in attendance. No residents in attendance.
Plant Operations Report:
• 21 properties posted for non-payment.
• Fourth quarter meter readings will begin December 15-19.
• DEP Service Line Report was mailed out to all residents.
• LMMA Service department and Steadfast Waterworks completed Pump Station 5 replacement.
Office operations Report:
• Office will be closing December 24, 2025, at 12:00 and closed December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026.
• 2026 Medical Insurance was approved upon a motion by James Murtaugh seconded by Cynthia Simpson and approved unanimously.
• 2026 Board Meeting schedule was approved upon a motion by James Murtaugh seconded by Cynthia Simpson an approved unanimously. Schedule was updated on Lake Meade Municipal website and will be published in the Gettysburg Times.
• 2025 Financial Audit completed by Denk and Associates and was approved upon a motion by James Murtaugh seconded by Cliff Stamm and approved unanimously.
