Lake Meade Municipal Authority
Meeting Minutes- October 9, 2023
Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6.00 P.M.
Roll: In attendance were John Biese, William Bowker, Cynthia Simpson, Matt Robinson, Thomas Whitcomb, and Adam Ebersole.
Minutes: The minutes from September 2023, regular meeting, were approved upon a motion by: Matt Robinson and seconded by Tom Whitcomb and passed unanimously.
Treasurers Report: Account balances, bills, and expenditures for September 2023 were presented and approved upon a motion by: Thomas Whitcomb seconded by Matt Robinson and approved unanimously.
Open Forum: No residents in attendance.
Plant Operations Report:
- Adam reported that the plant is running smoothly, and hydrant flushing is complete.
- The service department will look into outside lighting improvements around the office and plant.
- The new tower project is now under investigation.
- Bill Bowker will set up Bonneville Well visit.
Office operations Report:
- One property shut off due to nonpayment for third quarter billing.
- Jarrid McMillians review due October 20th.
- By-Laws Resolution 2023-1 approved with Revisions.
Employee Training: No training scheduled at this time.
Employee Vacation: No vacation scheduled at this time.
