Meeting Minutes- June 10,2024
Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6.00 P.M.
Roll: In attendance were William Bowker, Thomas Whitcomb, John Biese, Mitchell Highlands, Adam Ebersole and Suzann Grim.
Minutes: The minutes from May 2024, regular meeting, were approved upon a motion by: John Biese and seconded by Tom Whitcomb and passed unanimously.
Treasurers Report: Account balances, bills, and expenditures for May 2024 were presented and approved upon a motion by: Tom Whitcomb seconded by John Biese and approved unanimously.
Open Forum: Two residences in attendance.
Plant Operations Report:
- Hawke Mckeon & Sniscak Law Firm updated LMMA on 6/3/2024 that our grant application has not been approved at this time and they may not have more information until Fall 2024.
- Kohler Generator was installed and working.
Office operations Report:
- 24 properties posted for non-payment on May 29,2024.
- 389 Lake Meade Drive was sold on June 3, 2024, and all past due/attorney fees were paid in full.
- New Kioti tractor and Kohler generator added to Millers Insurance policy.
Employee Training: No Training scheduled at this time.
Employee Vacation:
- Adam Ebersole vacation July 8-12
- Mitchell Highlands vacation July 29-Aug 2
New Business: John Biese representing Reading Township resigned effectively June 2024.
Old Business:
Executive Session: Board went into executive session until 7:05.
Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned upon a motion by: John Biese, seconded by Tom Whitcomb and approved unanimously.
