Treasurers Report: Account balances, bills, and expenditures for November 2024, were presented and approved upon a motion seconded by and approved unanimously.
Open Forum: The Board will address any concerns and answer questions presented by residents in attendance.

- Meter reading this week/ 4th quarter bills mailed out 12/30/24

- The boardroom heater was repaired for $1,046.00.
