March meeting minutes
Meeting Minutes- March 10, 2025
Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6.00 p.m.
Roll: In attendance were Cliff Stamm, Cynthia Simpson, Thomas Whitcomb, Mitchell Highlands, Sara Rochester and Suzann Grim.
Minutes: The minutes from February 2025, regular meeting, were approved upon a motion by: Cynthia Simpson and seconded by Cliff Stamm and passed unanimously.
Treasurers Report: Account balances, bills, and expenditures for February 2025 were presented and approved upon a motion by: Cynthia Simpson seconded by Cliff Stamm and approved unanimously.
Open Forum: The board will address any concerns and answer questions presented by residents in attendance. No residents in attendance.
Plant Operations Report:
• Mitchell reported that the plant is running smoothly.
• 2024 CCR report (Annual Water Report) will be completed and issued with residents first quarter bills.
Office operations Report:
• Twenty-two properties were posted for non-payment, three shut off.
• Meter readings for the second quarter will begin in the second week of March.
• Neptune 360-meter reading software was installed, and all training is completed.
• The Office had a meeting with Miller Insurance to add more coverage to our policy and go over deductible options.
• Adams Electric Ownership Rewards check $2,827.64 was deposited.
Employee Training: No training at this time.
Employee Vacation: Suzann Off April 18, 2025
