Re: Sewer and Water Charges

Dear LMMA Customer:

            The Lake Meade Municipal Authority bills quarterly in arrears. Therefore, the bill that you receive on or about the first business day of a new calendar quarter is for water and sewer service provided to your property during the previous ninety days. Payment for this service is due to our office by the twentieth day of the billing month: payments made after that date will be assessed a 10% late fee which will be added to the balance due.

Our rate structure for 2026 is as follows:

Sewer facility maintenance charges: $175 per quarter

Water facility maintenance charges: $90 per quarter

            Total flat rate charges for every property connected to our system: $265.00. This is a $10 increase starting the first quarter in 2026

LMMA offers online payments that will include 3.9% service charge or free ACH bank payments. If you would like to set up ACH payments, please contact the office or visit our website at www.lakemeadema.com to download the form..
